SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for visiting and shopping at NIFTY5. Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the nation, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

I. Domestic Shipping Policy

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

i. Shipment processing time


All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

ii. Shipping time (Estimated Time of Arrival)


Standard Shipping: 3-5 Business day (Free)
Expedited Shipping: 2-Business day

Please note Expedited & Priority Shipping is not available for shipments outside the continental United States; please allow additional time for your order to arrive to these locations. Orders to P.O. boxes, US territories or military APO/FPO addresses will ship via United States Postal Service (USPS). Delivery dates are subject to order cut-off times or carrier delays.


** NIFTY5 has the right to cancel orders if we are unable to ship to destination address. A full refund will be applied if applicable.

** We will do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.


II. International Shipping Policy


We currently do not ship outside the U.S. from our website. Please visit  ðŸ‘‰ Amazon.com for your international order.

RETURN POLICY

​

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since the date of delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange or replacement. Please email us at info@nifty5.com with your order number and a brief explanation. Once we have confirmed your request, we will send an email with the return mailing address where you need to ship the return back to us. Please make sure that you get approval for a return, because otherwise we can’t accept it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $25, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to prevent lost packages.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)


Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@nifty5.com.

Gifts


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he or she will find out about your return.
